Description

A rare beautiful hand made English solid sterling silver bowl / tazza. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1961 with the maker being A E Jones. It has been beautifully handmade being planished with the rim being decorated with grapes - possibly designed to hold a bunch of grapes which were at this time a luxury in the UK. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 6 inches (15.4cm) across by 2.5 inches tall and weighs 230 grams. A stunning piece.
