Description

A dainty nine-carat gold antique ring with a superpretty leaf motif formed of three twinkling rose-cut garnets.

SIZE: M and a half (UK), 6 and a half (US). The leaf is approx 8 x 8mm.

WEIGHT: 1.3g.

MATERIALS: Nine-carat (375) gold, silver, garnet. The ring shank is solid nine-carat gold, the garnets are set into gold at the front, mounted on silver with a thick gold layer on top at the back.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: Stamped 9CT.

CONDITION: Very good antique condition; there is some wear to the gold edges on the back of the leaf where you can see the silver beneath.

ERA: Estimated Victorian (c.1837-1901).
