A beautiful quality English country house antique hanging lantern in bronze with gilt bronze mask and acanthus leaf mounts top each corner. A lovely design, complete with the original clear glass and metal hanging chain which attaches to each corner being each mask. In excellent condition, English and dating to around 1770. The measurements given are just of the actual lantern.
