An Unusual Antique Elkington Extending Silver Plated Toast Rack designed to concertina open and closed for flexible capacity. Four ball feet raise the rack, keeping it stable and helping to protect the table surface during service. Marked for the renowned maker Elkington and Co and marked with the date letter ‘L’ for the year 1850.
