Good Quality Sterling Silver Cigarette or Trinket Box

Description

A very decorative and good quality sterling silver cigarette or trinket box. In a rectangular shape with a hinged solid lid, engine turned pattern and floral border and gilt inside with an engraved crested cartouche. Cedar wood lined interior with an engine turned pattern body, a floral pattern base and sits on four small bun style feet. Very good original condition but there is an engraved crest and two initials in the cartouche.

Maker: Alexander Clark & Co, London.
