Antique Victorian Sterling Silver String Box 1896

Description

This is a super antique Victorian sterling silver string box/holder measuring 2 1/2" (6.5 cms) across x 3" (8 cms) tall to the top of the little handle and weighing 85 grams / 2.7 troy oz.

It's in excellent condition with no damage and there are no inscriptions or monograms.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1896 with the silversmiths mark for Deakin & Francis.

This lovely string box will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
