This antique 18ct gold 5 stone opal ring dates from the late Victorian era and features five oval opals in a classic graduated line. Each gem displays vivid flashes of green and orange beneath their milky surface, producing a lively play of colour that catches the light beautifully. The warm tone of the gold complements the opals perfectly, adding richness and depth to the overall design.
The setting has all the hallmarks of fine late 19th-century craftsmanship, with shaped claws and a sturdy band giving it both durability and charm. A lovely example of traditional Victorian style, full of character and gentle colour.
Part of our antique opal ring collection.
