Art Deco 18ct Gold Sapphire and Diamond Ring. Unusual deco Ring consisting of six natural sapphires measuring 2.5mm x 2.5mm, of excellent light blue colour. To the centre is an old cut diamond of 3mm 3mm of good bright colour. The face of the ring has a rub-over setting and to the outside there are small rose cut diamond chips which are a bit dull in colour. The ring has an overall soft shimmering effect to the surface, with the central diamond displaying the most brightness. The ring is in original condition and all stones appear original and in place. The face is beautifully designed into a hexagonal shape measuring 12mm x 12mm. In good original condition with some wear to the gold and evidence of a past resize. Shank is not hallmarked but there is feint inscription on the band which appears to say 1929 and has been tested for 18ct gold. Ring suitable for everyday wear or a statement piece.
