Description

A James Macintyre Florian Ware Vase in the “Honesty” pattern by William Moorcroft, circa 1898 - 1905.

Of footed double gourd form decorated in the Honesty pattern in two tone blue over a stipple background

In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Some very fine typical age related crazing which does not detract.

Height: 17.5 cm

Diameter (at base): 5.75 cm

The base contains the early James Macintyre Florian Ware mark in brown with hand-painted William Moorcroft signature in green with 'des' below.

Declaration

William Rand Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
