The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The glass is in excellent condition for its age. It shows age related wear and tear to the rim of the foot commensurate with some 200 years of use. It has a rough pontil mark on the underside of the foot.

The glass has an ovoid-shaped bowl measuring 8.5 cm (3.4 inches) in diameter at the rim. The bowl is decorated with a ship flanked by the legend "Adm. Nelson for Ever" in script and with an anchor to verso. The lower half of the bowl is petal flute-moulded. The bowl sits on a short wrythen-moulded stem and a conical foot which measures 7.2 cm (2.9 inches) in diameter. The glass is 12.5 cm (5 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration.
English lead glass weighing in at 185 g. (~ 6 1/2 oz.).
