A large and impressive antique Victorian silver plated five branch candelabra of superb decorative quality, ideal as a striking dining table centrepiece.
 
The candelabra stands on a beautifully shaped base with richly cast scrolling decoration, rising to a tall tapering central column which supports four elegant sweeping branches together with a central candle socket forming a five light arrangement. Each arm is finely modelled with decorative mounts and scrolling detail typical of high quality Victorian silver plate.
 
A particularly desirable feature is that the branches and sconces are fully detachable. This allows the piece to be used either as a grand five branch candelabra or converted into individual candlesticks, making it both decorative and highly versatile.
