A good early 18th Century Elm Bureau of a lovely rich golden colour. The fall opens to a shaped and stepped interior around an inlaid central door which is flanked by pullout columns.
The linings are made in pine and are in good clean original condition, the back is mostly original and made in pine.
In very good original condition, retaining the original feet and most of the brassware, having just three brass escutcheons replaced.
It''s rare to find an early Georgian bureau in elm and in such a fabulous original condition.
