Superb English Georgian antique solid sterling silver sugar tongs. They are hallmarked for London 1796 with the maker being Thomas Wallis II. They have been beautifully designed and the bow has been engraved with a crest used by the Huntingfield family. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. They measure approx. 5.5 inches (13.8cm) long and weigh 32 grams. Superb examples.
