A single light traditional French antique chandelier with a top decorative crown from which hang graduated button chains which shroud the single bulb and gives a warm glow through the crystals when lit. The central brass ring has decorative motifs and is embossed with brass swags and the ''basket'' hangs beneath and gathers into a bottom finial from which hang icicle drops. With a nice antique patina and with its original ceiling rose this chandelier would look good in a hallway, bedroom, landing or any small interior space. c1920''s.
