A beautifully elegant pearl choker necklace dating to the 1960s, composed of a uniform strand of generously sized cultured pearls and finished with a particularly attractive diamond-set daisy clasp.

The necklace is formed of eighty-one carefully matched pearls, each displaying a soft silver-ivory tone with a pleasing, even lustre. Their consistent size gives the strand a refined and confident presence, while the shorter choker length allows it to sit gracefully at the neckline.

The focal point is the charming daisy clasp, crafted in 18ct gold and set with a central pearl surrounded by twenty-four small diamonds forming delicately shaped petals. Both decorative and secure, the clasp adds a lovely period flourish and allows the necklace to be worn with the clasp either at the back or displayed to the front as a feature.
