It was listed by Pinefinders. Sold pieces stay on Sellingantiques as a record of what has passed through, and the next one is rarely far away.
Pinefinders has dated this Antique Pine Larder to the 1900s.
Each drawer is fitted with a central wooden knob, and the cupboard door retains its original metal ventilation grille. The door is hung on French-style external hinges, allowing it to open almost fully and giving excellent access to the interior.
Inside, there’s a shallow shelf at the top with two full-depth shelves below, all well fitted and practical as they are. The drawers all run smoothly. When the door is closed, it currently secures the drawers, though this can be altered so the drawers remain accessible even with the door shut, if preferred.
Available for £610 as it is, or £697 if you’d like it waxed.
