Description

This is a gorgeous and unusual 19th Century French Palais Royal turquoise opaline glass scent bottle. The baluster glass body with elaborate ormulu shoulders. The conforming bronze dore hinged lid inset with a tinted print of a Paris monument. Opens to reveal the original clear glass stopper. Smooth pontil base. Mounted on a narrow bronze dore pedestal foot. Palais Royal scent bottles are very sought-after and this is a beautiful example in pristine condition..

Diameter: 5cm / 2 inches.
