1717 Rare Pair Of George 1st Scottish Rat Tail Tablespoons By James Tait

This a fine pair of spoons made in Edinburgh in 1717 by James Tait. They are in very good condition, very good bowls and rat tails, very good hallmarks, the maker is a bit squashed but readable. They are 20cms long and weigh a heavy 140 grams the pair, the have lovely period owners initials.
