Pair of Antique Georgian Sterling Silver 'Bird' Serving Spoons 1796 / 1806

Description

This is a superb pair of antique Georgian sterling silver serving spoons in their original presentation case.

One is hallmarked for London 1796 with the4 silversmiths mark for Richard Crossley and the other is London 1806 with the silversmiths mark for John Williams.

Both spoons are in excellent condition and weigh 105 grams/3.3 troy oz the pair with beautiful bird decoration on each bowl..

They measure 8 1/2" (22 cms) long, there are no inscriptions or monograms and will come with a certificate of authenticity.
