Description

A William 4th Mahogany linen press and dating from around 1830. This original linen press has a flared moulded cornice with a wide lip underneath and a carved corbal to each side under the cornice. It has two doors, both of which have an arched moulded panel and a key. Inside, behind the doors are four slide trays. The base has two short drawers over two long graduating drawers all of which are Oak lined with original knob handles. It stands on a plinth base and separates into three pieces for ease of movement.
