Description

A lovely antique mahogany pot cupboard or bedside cabinet dating from the late 19th Century. It's a good quality piece with a good colour and well figured timbers. The cabinet has a single drawer above a cupboard that opens to reveal a shelved interior. The drawer and cupboard have turned knobs and there is a nicely carved pediment upstand along the back edge.

It is in good condition for its age with a lovely patina. There are some minor signs of age and use, a few small marks on the top surface but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. It is missing the ball catch from the door but the door shuts firmly and stays in place without the catch. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
