The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The vase is in excellent condition for its age. It shows age related wear and tear to the base consistent with age and use.

The vase is cylindrical in shape with a slightly everted rim shaped into a hexagon. It was blown in clear glass and then enamelled with a light green coloured background and a summer scene of boats on a lake viewed through trees, all picked out in brown and green, all above a heavily enamelled base in green, simulating grass. It measures 12cm (4.8 inches) in diameter at its widest point. It ends in a base which is plain. The bottom of the vase is encased in a base metal (probably pewter) sleeve in a classical pattern. The word "Legras" is picked out in brown enamel just above the grass. The vase is 21 cm (8.4 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration.
It weighs in at 1.08 kg. (~ 2 lb. 6 oz.).
