Description

Large quality antique Victorian period silver plated wine bottle holder.

Condition: Externally, the silver plate is in very good order with a small patch of copper bleed to the lower body. The gadrooned outer rim has copper show. Internally, there is age-related wear as you would expect but the turned wooden base is in lovely order and free from stains. Green fabric base has worn through. No dings, dents, bends or pitting. It has been cleaned and hand polished and is ready to use.
