The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The decanter is in excellent condition for its age.

The decanter is Prussian shaped with three applied annular neck rings. The shoulders are cut with broad petal flutes and there is a basal band of finger fluting. The base is also plain with a polished out pontil mark to its centre and measures 9.5 cm (3.8 inches) in diameter. The decanter is 18.5 cm (7.4 inches) in height without the stopper and 22 cm (8.8 inches) in height with the stopper inserted.

The stopper is of radially cut mushroom form, and is probably the original. It is of the same colour and metal as the decanter and is an excellent fit. It has a polished out pontil mark on the upper surface.
There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration. There is some very light water staining to the lowest one cm. Capacity approximately 500 ml (two thirds of a bottle of wine).
English lead glass decanter weighing in at 585 g. (~ 1 lb. 5 oz).
