The makers mark is also present for the top notch London silversmith, "Goldsmiths and Silversmtihs Co. Ltd." A matching set of marks can be found on the rim of the lid.

Once the lid is removed (fits perfectly) a lavishly gilded interior is revealed to both box and lid.
Superb condition made from a good gauge of solid sterling silver, a good weight @ 313.4 Grams / 10 Troy Ounces. 5.59" tall x 3.7" in diameter excluding Rams heads.
