A late 19th-century open bookcase in walnut, dating to circa 1890. This antique piece features three adjustable shelves set within a deep-toned interior, framed by fluted uprights with finely carved corbel details. The cornice is edged with a dentil moulding, lending a formal architectural presence. Suitable for displaying books or decorative objects in a study, library, or hallway, it offers both period charm and practical storage. The backboards show age-appropriate character in keeping with its date.
