Antique Oak Silver Chest

Description

An antique silver chest dating to the late 19th century. The chest is made from English quarter sawn oak, it features iron bounding to the edge with some losses at the base, two original iron handles at either side and brass plaque showing name of original owner. In good original condition with the chest taking on a wonderful patina and colour to the oak.
