Beautiful natural Ceylon yellow sapphire and diamond pendant late Edwardian pendant necklace, set in platinum and 18ct gold with a beautiful 12ct sapphire set with 0.75cts of diamonds on a platinum chain. Very rare and beautiful piece which would make a perfect gift for someone. The yellow sapphire is magnificent and on such an elegant chain too.
