Description

Regency mahogany linen press with brass inlay.

This handsome linen press has a shaped cornice with ornate brass inlay detail, the two panelled doors below have geometric shaped brass inlays and open to interior fitted with five pull out slides, all with their original blue lining paper, the base with two short and two long drawers, again with geometric brass inlay , original blue lining paper and brass handles, raised on splay bracket feet.

With some natural light fading to the polish, a couple of historic repairs and expected marks / scuffs / wear commensurate with age and use, overall, this super press is a great example of an attractive yet fully functional piece in good sound condition.
