Art Deco glassware from the 1920s and 1930s is characterised by geometric motifs, clean lines, stylised patterns, and often contrasting colour palettes such as enamelled bands.

These pieces were typically crafted from blown or moulded clear glass, then hand-finished with fired enamel paints in geometric stripes or patterns.

Authentic pieces often show hand-applied enamel wear, pontil marks on the base from traditional glassblowing techniques, and period-accurate weight and design proportions.

It can be displayed on a mirrored bar cart, a sideboard, or an open shelf to add a touch of period geometry and reflective colour to a room.

Wash gently by hand in lukewarm water using mild detergent. Avoid soaking, harsh scrubbing, or dishwashers to protect the delicate surface enamel.
