A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold pendant designed as a medal depicting the Madonna and Child with blue plique-a-jour enamel. Stamped with the eagle's head mark for French manufacture and 18 karat gold, and an unknown maker's mark. Engraved ‘Janine’ with the date '15 Mai 1927' to the reverse.
