Small Mahogany Wardrobe C.1860

19th century
Description

Useful little mid 19th.c. mahogany wardrobe or cupboard c.1860. With a long drawer in the top over a two door cupboard fitted inside with one fixed shelf with a drawer below plus two adjustable shelves (internal depth 13"). Flared and moulded cornice, flame mahogany veneered drawer front and doors (on oak groundwork) with unusual moulded spandrels to the upper door panels. Solid mahogany sides, crossbanded plinth with short feet below. Original colour and finish, a little worn in places. Generally very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied to work both the drawer and doors.
