The glass is in excellent condition for its age. It shows age related wear and tear to the rim of the foot consistent with some 250 years of use. It has a rough pontil mark on the under side of the foot.

The glass has a bell-shaped bowl measuring 6.2 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter at the rim. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration. There is one long, thin, diagonal unburst bubble in the metal of the bowl dating from manufacture.
