This early 18th Century Country House Period Oak Antique Chest / Livery Cupboard is full of wonderful genuine charm and character. It has a figured top with moulded edge above two cupboard doors and decorative carved front. This charming antique chest stands on a raised base with bobbin turned legs and cross stretcher for added stability. The Oak has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wood wax finishing.
