A good PAIR of late 19th century (Meiji period) Japanese bronze decorated vases. (6.25 inches tall).

Each vase is exquisitely decorated with inlaid gold, silver and other metals, depicting long-tailed exotic Cockerels and Prunus (Cherry) blossom. Signatures can be found engraved on the back of each vase. (see images).

Weight: 832 g (the pair)

Dated: c.1880-1900.
