Grainger & Co. Worcester porcelain vase of ovoid form with gilt snake handles, decorated with Pâte-sur-Pâte decoration, attributed to Kate Locke, circa 1875. Museum-quality exhibit.
Decorated with relief floral designs on a base the color of pale primrose. On the underside of the foot is an embossed shield presumably with the initials GGW for Grainger & Co. Worcester. The pattern number is 636.

Minimal, barely noticeable loss of gilding on the rim. Otherwise, in excellent antique condition without any signs of cracks, loss of enamel, paint, or gilding.
