A very rare pair of Wedgwood vases painted by Emile Lessore , depicting rural scenes .

Lessore painted for Wedgwood for a short period having been tempted to join them from established factories in France . The vignettes on these vases are a very good example of his skill as a renowned ceramic artist .

They are fully signed E. Lessore and impressed Wedgwood .

No damage , no restoration , perfect condition .
