Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Trinket Box on Legs with Scene 1903

Description

This is a super antique Edwardian sterling silver trinket box on legs measuring just over 3" (8 cms) tall x just under 3" (7.5 cms) x 2" (5 cms).

It's was imported by Berthold Mueller and is hallmarked for Chester 1903.

It has a scene on the lid of a lady and gentleman in a country setting with swags and bows decoration around the top of the lid and is gilded inside.

It weighs 142.4 grams / 4.5 troy oz and is in excellent original condition.

This lovely box will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity
