Rare Gorham Sterling Silver Table Cigar Lighter Lamp 1894 American Antique

Description

A very nice quality rare American antique solid sterling silver table cigar lighter. It is hallmarked STERLING along with the makers marks for Gorham and the date sign for 1894. It has been stylishly designed in the form of a lamp and would have been used by gents after dinner to light their cigars. It is in superb condition being free from dings, splits holes, and repairs. It requires a cord wick but these can be bought on line. measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.6cm) long by 2.75 inches (7cms) wide by almost the same tall and weighs 125 grams. A superbly made high quality piece.
