Description

Technical Description

An 18th century Liege wine glass dating to c1725. It has a round funnel with nut moulding to the upper section and flute moulding to the lower section. Sits on a stem with a shoulder and basal knop. High conical folded foot.

A superb example, probably made at the Nizet glasshouse in Belgium.

Belgium, c1725.

Condition

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration.
