These are an impressive pair of antique silver plated planters or wine bottle stands. Standing on four paw feet with elaborately embossed roundels in the middle. The long legs are reeded and support the round holders. The holders are vertically pierced and embossed with swags to lions heads. Ornately mounted with flowers scrolls and leaves. These have been resilvered. c1889 British made with a makers mark stamped underneath.
Height of each: 28cm (11'')
Diameter of each: 22cm (8.5'')
