Antique William IV Sterling Silver Snuff Box 1831

Description

This is a super antique William IV hallmarked sterling silver snuff box measuring 2 3/4" (7 cms) x 1" (2.5 cms) x 3/4" (2 cms).

It opens and closes perfectly with a good strong hinge and the interior is in very good condition and gilded inside.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1831 with the silversmiths mark for Edward Smith.

It weighs 52.9 grams/1.7 troy oz and the whole item is in excellent condition with no inscriptions or monograms.

This lovely box will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
