The top section has a nicely moulded cornice above two, well panelled doors that have the original knob handles. Inside the top section are original, adjustable height shelves that have lovely reeded fronts. The original back boards are wonderful, very very wide. The base section to this English country house kitchen housekeepers cupboard has a bank of four central drawers, they graduate in size, all run well and have the original knob handles. Flanking the flight of drawers are two storage cupboards with matching panelled doors, inside are original fixed pine storage shelves. Stands on a square plinth, all in very good, original condition, clean throughout so ideal for storing food stuffs. Dates to around 1830.
