A delightful Regency period secretaire cabinet of compact proportions. Very well constructed in Cuban mahogany timber, now with a warm and mellow colour and patina. With a deep secretaire drawer with inlaid stringing and original brass handles to its front. It opens to reveal a fitted interior complete with a sumptuous red leather writing surface. The stationary drawers are fronted in satinwood and fitted with their original charming bone handles. Beneath the drawer are a pair of cupboard doors which open to reveal a shelved interior. The drawer and doors are lockable (keys supplied). All standing on lovely turned feet in ebony. Offered for sale in excellent original condition with a superb colour, ready to go straight into the home.
