ANTIQUE #SA1022985

1902 Very Rare Early Liberty Coronation Spoon Designed By Archibald Knox

£960    $1,285    €1,124
This is a much sought after spoon made in Birmingham in 1902 for Liberty & Co designed by Archibald Knox. I think this is a very rare early example, no enamelling , lovely clear hallmarks and Cymeric stamp and also very unusually it has the Registration number 391476 , could be a design submission spoon. It is in very good condition, it has a small crease in the handle at the front and slight lamination on the back, done in manufacture, not a repair. It is 16cms long and weighs 60 grams, it has period owners mirror initials in the bowl.
