Late Victorian Silver Sovereign Case Birmingham 1897

£220    $294    €258
A quality late Victorian silver sovereign case with clear hallmarks on the inside lid, sovereign keeper rim and ring for Birmingham 1897. The makers mark on the inside lid is for William Harrison Walter. There is also a product or pattern number 470. The outer case, front and back, is chased with a design of interlaced scrolls.
