Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
It is of exceptional quality, with incredibly detailed inlaid marquetry throughout. There is kingwood, rosewood, walnut, satin wood and various other fruit woods.
The drop down cabinet section is mirrored inside with a single glass shelf, there is an internal light, though this would need to be re-wired for use.
We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
