Description

A George III period, solid oak, bow front, wall hanging corner cabinet, Circa 1770. Lovely quarter sawn oak in the cabinet door fronts. Triple interior shelves. Matching simple cornice and plinth. Good original cabinet timbers. Later, sympathetic hinges and escutcheon, with working lock and key.

A well presented Georgian corner cabinet. Cleaned, waxed and ready for use.

Dimensions:

This corner cabinet measures approximately 102 cm (40") tall, 68.25 cm (27") wide, 48 cm (19") deep, and 48 cm (19") from the back corner to each side corner.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This corner cabinet is in a good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally sound and sturdy. Only minor odd marks and blemishes. Later hinges and escutcheons. The lock is a period replacement, and has working key. Well presented. Cleaned and wax polished. Ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
