Not Hallmarked but tested as 18ct, likely French in origin due to the style

Total drop length from top of shepards hook; 32mm

Diamond chips in the middle gold detailed segment; 1mm

Larger brilliant cut diamond at the bottom 4mm, these diamonds are brilliant white and eye clean
