A delightful mid-century diamond solitaire engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre sits within a fluted platinum illusion setting, its distinctive scalloped outline enhancing the diamond's presence on the finger. An open gallery allows light through the stone, with geometric basket-work sitting between gently tapering shoulders to a plain 18k white gold band.
